Our team is dedicated to providing the best service possible, but due to our size and growing clientele, shipping may sometimes take longer than expected. We assure you that we make every effort to dispatch orders to the post office at least twice a week. For clothing on pre-order, please refer to the item description for specifics. Returns
Return Policy
At Bella Venice, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns of clothing in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery date, for which you will receive store credit. If you wish to make a return, please email us at love@bellavenice.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions for completing your return. Upon receiving your return, we will issue store credit. Please note that items purchased with store credit are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
